I went with an outside workout today because it is Monday after a holiday. I find it ironic that Ryno didn’t bring running shoes.
15,17,17,25,27,24,30,23 – ran with dave all but 2, on 5th one cars were coming both ways and I put him in the wall. last one he “sore peckered” us.

Don’t know the exact times, but if I heard right they ranged from 1:37 to 1:50.
They looked like they ranged from “feels terrible” to ” this really sucks.”
