one person flips tire across the middle of the track while the other runs.

Every person can chose what tire they flip.

Dr. teeth
Dr. teeth is 5+3+1 then rest then repeat do a core exercise between sets to recover your back


Shoulder gauntlet 6 reps per weight(start w/ SP then continue up w/ shrug)
