As many rounds as possible in 3 mins of:

5 Pull-ups
5 Push-ups
5 DB Snatch (each side) 55/35

Rest 1 minute.  Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.  Start each cycle from where you left off on the previous one.

Randy and his T-rex syndrome…

As I was working on my mobility (see previous post) I kept hearing Randy mumbling something about needing “bigger guns” and “I’m not a T-rex” while he was working on his bi’s and tri’s…I can only think that Randy is afflicted with what is known as “T-Rex Syndrome.”  Fellas, he needs our support as he works his way through this…
