March 24 Uncle B’s Weekend

Also affectionately known as “Prison rape cleans,” a blast from the past pre-website but everyone remembers with only a slight modification increasing the time for ease of timing. this workout is for teams of 2.

Tag team (AKA Uncle Barry’s Weekend) Workout:

P1- As many 95lb hang power cleans as possible in 25 seconds. 5sec transition

P2- As many 95lb hang power cleans as possible in 25 seconds. 5sec transition

P1- As many 95lb push-press as possible in 25 seconds. 5sec transition

P2- As many 95lb push-press as possible in 25 seconds. 5sec transition

 

Repeat for 8 Rounds.

 

Then as a team complete 200 situps and 200 back extensions, one

person working at a time

March 18

With continuously increasing weight
1. Shoulder Press – 5, 5, 5
2. Push Press – 3, 3, 3
3. Push Jerk – 1, 1, 1

Death by pullups
do pullups every minute
add 1 pullup every minute
(so 1 pullup first minute, 2 pullups in the second minute etc.)
