Teams of 3
each team member lines up with one of the exercises of 12 Deadlift @ 225, 20 pullups, or 12 C&J @ 135
Time starts and the team members have to complete their exercise, then use the rest of a 3:00 round to do as many KTE’s as possible

Example
Team 1 all working at the same time during the 3:00 round.
Teammate A does 12 deadlifts, then jumps on the bar and does as many KTEs as possible in the rest of the 3:00
Teammate B does 20 pullups, then jumps on the bar and does as many KTEs as possible in the rest of the 3:00
Teammate C does 12 C&J @ 135, jumps on the bar and does as many KTEs as possible in the rest of the 3:00

Team 2 then goes for a 3:00 round while team A rests.

Total of 6 rounds for each team so that each team member does each exercise twice. The score is total team KTE’s
