    Shoulder didn’t feel too bad on the last set of dips but my mass hindered the effort.

    • In a loose interpretation it did fit in with the WOD in that I moved weight over a specific number of sets and reps. Now if I had ran…

    went without much rest and worked in pullups and dips

    pullups – 11,7,6
    dips – 10,5,5

    then did metcon with cleans,release pushups and t2b – around 22 minutes..
