April 2 I like Deck

Deck of cards with the following:

Spades – Burpees
Clubs – Turkish Get Ups (alt. arms, ea. arm = 1 rep)
Hearts – Dumb Bell Thrusters
Diamonds – Scotty bob (1 push + 1 pull= 1 rep.)
Jokers – 20 floor situps
3 in a row penalty – 25 hollow rock

Use the same DB for all exercises. Pick a dumb bell weight low enough to be able to do unbroken movements and back to back if necessary.
