    Started out nice and slow, crip and I took the long way behind the other gym. Ended up about 30 – 40 yards behind Chris and Cory. Crip gets the great idea of catching up to them by running real fast. And that was the end of the nice cool down run.

    Thanks for pushing us Crip. You can bitch about getting old all you want. … as long as you give it that much effort first.

  2. got in a bit late (and lazy) and got in 4 rounds, tried to get a set number, ill put my max reps per round in (_).

    push ups x 12 (12, 12, 10, 12)
    body rows x 12 (12, 10, 8, 8)
    ring dips x 5 (2, 3, 2, 2)
    chin ups x 6 (6, 6, 6, 6)
    leg raises x 15 (15, 15, 10, 15)

    5K – 28:49 i fell off the back towards the end. the legs felt super heavy at the beginning, the head felt super light at the end…. :o)
