  1. Shoulder Press: 125(PR), 2×130(F)
    Metcon: 9:35 w/ 35# Overhead Lunges

    Did some other stuff
    3×10 – Side/Front/Bent Over Raises (10#)
    Should Press Ladder (6 reps starting at 12# up to 25# and back down to 10#)

  2. Shoulder Press: 135, 2×140(F)
    Metcon: 12:35.7 w/ 25# Overhead Lunges (my DU’s were brutal)

    Did some other stuff
    3×10 – Side/Front/Bent Over Raises (12#)
    Shoulder Press Ladder (6 reps starting at 15# up to 30# and back down to 12#)
