This is going to be rough on Drew’s hands.
in, anyone want to run a slow (9:20-ish per) 2 miles after

I forgot we put in clean and press. Yes, the press was a wrenchy idea.
95# – that’s gunna leave a mark.
whats next: 2 miles
We wound up doing 10×10 of power clean to overhead press w/ rest noted above. Was more cardio intense than I would have thought.
