    cool down: treadmill running intervals. I found out when you setup intervals on the treadmill it doesn’t automatically switch speeds after a certain amount of time. you have to hit the button yourself and it goes from your jog pace to your run pace. You hit the button again once you can’t run anymore and it drops back down to the slower pace.
    It ended up being 10 rounds of 30s run, 60s jog. It was tough on the lungs, which was the whole point.
