3 batches of:

3 rounds straight thru then rest

5 hang power clean +2 push press+ 10 front squat

    2 rounds @135
    3 rounds @115
    3 rounds @95
    This turned out to be scary like bear

    What’s next “i just do 10 every time” 4 rounds shoulder press/pushpress @95

    • Same weights. Had to out the bar down a few times before getting to ten on the front squats.

      SP/PP: 6/4, 5/5, 4/6, 4/6

      Great workout. Third round I was asking for the bear instead. Really tough. Really scary. More please.
