    Leg press: 3 plates x 30, 4 plates x 20, 5 plates x 10, 6 plates x 5, 5 plates x 10, 4 plates x 20, 3 plates x 30. That is plates each side.

  2. 5X8 @315 (3x rest)
    leg press
    30 @3 plates per side
    20 @4 plates per side
    10 @5plates per side (+1 from Roger)
    6 @6 plates per side (+1 from Roger)
    10 @5 +1
    10 +12 @4+1
    25@ 3 plates
    burnout
