row warm up

leg press: (approx 3 min rest between)

50 rep  with 1 plate per side

40 rep with 2 plate per side

30 rep with 3 plate per side

20 rep with 4 plate per side

10 rep with 5 plate per side

then core cool down

  1. leg press put the hurt on me pretty badly last time. I’ll sub something else in there for leg press then hop back in for core stuff.

  2. It was just me today so my rest was timed at 3min rest between every round.
    50X1 per side
    40X2 per side
    30X3 per side
    20X4 per side
    10X5 per side
    5 X6 per side
    5 X6 per side
    10X5 per side
    20X4 per side
    30X3 per side
    40X2 per side
    50X1 per side
