100 reps one arm weighted lunges (break up any way to get 50 per arm)

  1. Squats – 135 as slow as possible, which wasn’t very slow, opted out of lunges.
    BP – 10,15,18 @ 135, 3×10 at 155.
    4 rounds – 250m row, 25 DU.
