Single-Arm DB Press – 10×10 w/ 90sec rest b/w sets.
Lateral Raise – 5×20 w/ 60sec rest.
Bent-Over DB Laterals – 5×20 @ 60sec rest.

User decides their weights

Then

5×8 Straight leg deadlifts

  1. Well that was a train wreck…
    Me – Agony Press @ 45# and struggled doing all 10 reps after the 4 rd (started at 56# and dropped down after 2 rd)
    David – 10×10 95# Shoulder Press

    Modified the remaining workout
    3×8 of DB lateral raises, front raises and bent-over lateral
    Me – 2 sets w/ 10# DB, 1 set w/ 8# DB
    David – 2 sets w/ 15# DB, 1 set w/ 8# DB

    Ran out of time and didn’t get to the deadlifts
