    averaged about 1:56-ish/500m so i spent about 15:30 on the rower. my DU’s are pretty bad right now. i did the set of 25 unbroken and then averaged about 8 or 9 the rest of the way.

    Steve got me on the row. I just barely stayed under the 2:00/500m mark. I did pretty good on the double-unders though. I got a couple of those unbroken. Sets of 50 and 25.
