Group choice…

Pick a weight and do Death by Deadlift…Do deadlift every minute add 1 deadlift every minute


Pick a weight and every minute on the minute do 3 deadlifts for 12 minutes

  1. We have never done death by Deads but I’m guessing the fatigue on the back is a concern. Be careful and be super strict on form.

  2. We (Drew, Ryno, and Crip) ended up doing 15 rounds of buddy DL’s @ 185#. 120 total reps. Ryno tapped out after round 11. 23:15 elapsed time.
