45 sec rest between sets (do 8, 45s, do 7……)

lunges

  1. Flip with Crip: Check
    4 sets – Flip 4 tires five times for 3 rounds, then run 400m, repeat

    Set 1 – 15 minutes-ish
    Set 2 – near death, seeing spots, had to double up on heavy tires with Joey
    Set 3: check, went to 2 rounds
    Set:4: check, went to 2 rounds

    Forearms are ready to fall off
