run the loop behind the army gym

    54:01 including the warm-up and cool down run from/back to the gym. 4.68 miles of running as well.

  2. jeep to jeep, 64:13.8 and 5.0 miles of total movement. anyone else not able to feel your hands right now? look out murph, here we come……
