    Back Squats: 5×5
    Stiff legged deadlifts: 4×10
    Walking lunges: 4×20 (10 per leg)
    Leg extensions: 4×20, last two sets drop
    Leg curls: 4×20, last two sets drop
    Leg press: 4×25, superset calf raises 4×20
