June 14 Catch the monkey

Follow the leader style, everyone takes turns giving exercises at the new equipment behind the gym. Reps will be in the 15 range for each exercise. Start thinking how to use the new equipment because everyone takes a turn.

  1. still having issues with the “golfer’s elbow” on right arm. still can’t do pull ups, etc. i’ll be inside doing OHS and other stuff

  2. I did lat pulldowns (various grips), shrugs and bicep work. Wrist is hurt so I had to do hammer curls. Meetings suck. Oh yea, I forgot my socks. I just thought you guys would like to know.
