pick a weight that will give you trouble for 10 in SP

max shoulder press, then push press till you get to 10

(you should/may get 1 or 2 rounds before PP)

Do sets till you can’t get 10

  1. SP @ 95# – 4 rounds SP, 5 and 6 PP half way through
    1000m row 3:48
    3×5 strict pullups
    3×10 dumbell curls 25#
    pushup routine
    3 rounds 500m row, 10 pullups (kipping), 10 ground to overhead @ 95#
    finished off with a final 500m row 16:15
    core
