    • No worries. I posted late since I didn’t have time for the track workout and came up with something last minute.

  1. BP @ 177 – 10,8,7,7,5
    Pullups – 16,14,12,12,13

    core coold down
    3 rounds of:
    15 situps
    10 floor wipers
    10 legs to overhead on the situp bench

  2. My my how quickly the strength goes away for me…
    BP @ 135 – 10, 6, 6, 6, 4
    Pullups – 13, 11, 10, 10, 10

    Core 3 rds
    10 – GHD
    10 – floor wipers
    10 – inclined situp bench legs to overhead
