    warmup to 315 then 3×3 at 315

    Lat pulldowns followed by narrow grip pulldowns followed by neutral grip pulldowns followed by…..well you get the picture.

    Gave Drew some $hit about his weak bench press where he proceeded to show me he really can bench when provoked. Of course this was followed after he compared his bench press to that of Ryno. Nice.

    Did some bicep work then called it a day. Good times.
