  1. I was doing the math this morning and if you equal the weight on the bar and the seconds then that gives you a total score of 50. I think the lighter weights will be easier to score well. This is similar to the 7 ton race. I may do a lighter sumo round then rest and do a heavier traditional one. Every second will be precious today so here are some clarifications on timing. Standing start, time stops at the last lockout at the top.
