4X3 with 5sec dwell

then

leg press (scale able but since we don’t do it often I added suggested weight)

30 rep (4plates – 2 per side)

rest

20 rep (6plates- 3per side)

rest

10 rep (8plates – 4 per side)

rest

5 rep ( 10plates – 5 per side)

    LP: 30 – 2 plates, 20 – 4 plates, 10 – Fail @ 6 plates

    This started to hurt my ribs on my left side. Had to call it quits. It feels like I took a punch.

    FS – 4X3 @ 205 5sec dwell
    leg press
    30 X 4 plates
    20 x 6 plates
    10 X 10 plates
    7 X 12 plates +2 35 plates
    descending set
