  1. I may try several things today before I do any work sets.
    Things on my experiment list so far:
    barbell complex with snatch and OHS
    burpees
    leg press
    running on treadmill

  2. Got three miles in this morning, Will figure out a hotel workout this evening. They’ve got free weights, a pulllup bar, and a yoga mat. It’s McGuyver time.
