then 4 rounds of 12 ( no time but work hard)

leg raise on incline

DB shoulder press (make it heavy enough you might have to PP a few)

Body rows

GHD situps

incline parralette push ups (raised feet)

    • Surprised myself and actually made the run. 5k.
      HSPU 10,7,7,3 (should have rested longer on that last one like 30min)
      the core and shoulder work was alot of work. Failure was lingering in round 3 and 4. DB shoulderpress 55,50,45,40 (trying to keep my push press to a minimum)
