    Metcon – 6rd +5 pullup ( I think this is right but this workout killed me so I may have post workout blackout)

  2. I think I may have to change tomorrow’s lift to stiff legged shoulder press because my legs HHUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRTTT!
