October 15: “Beelzechubs Sack”

At the soccer field

This will be done serially with rest between rounds while the others do their round. Chub’s sack is 80lbs and kinda wiggly. The sack must be carried and cannot be supported on the legs during squats.

3 rounds, Each round for time:

Run 60 yd out and back to start

Carry Chub’s sack 15yd then do 2 squats with it, put it down.

Run to the start line and back to sack.

Carry Chub’s sack another 15yd then do 2 squats with it, put it down.

Run to the start line and back to sack.

Carry Chub’s sack another 15yd then do 2 squats with it, put it down.

Run  to the start line and back to sack.

Carry Chub’s sack another 15yd then do 2 squats with it, put it down.

Run to the start line and back to sack.

Carry Chub’s sack back to the finish.

  1. I may have made a mistake going heavy on thrusters and doing a shoulder gauntlet with Crip yesterday. I realized this while loading the sack this morning.

    Dave – 3:17 – 3:02 = 6:19
    LongTall – 3:23 – 3:13 = 6:36
    Drew – 3:41 – 3:09 = 6:50
    Blong – 4:09 – 3:34 = 7:43
    Crip – 3:54 – 3:50 = 7:44

    • I think Blong could get a mulligan for that first round since he went first with a pretty hard learning curve today.
