Run 400 meters
21 walking lunges
15 pull-ups
9 burpees

    round 2: 4:55
    round 3: 5:28
    round 4: 5:49
    round 5: 6:27
    round 6: 6:41
    round 7: 5:33

    Starting round 4 or 5 I would stop for a water break and wipe sweat off my face before hitting lap on my watch to start the next round. This is partially why the last round was faster. It didn’t include that stuff. I was motivated to get sub 40 though, so that might have sped me up a bit.
