  1. I didn’t follow my VDOT time which was 2:24. I tried to make the jog/rest about 1X.

  2. Don’t have a VDOT value because I missed the original run. I tried to run at a pace I could keep for 8, only made it to 6 before my Achilles/calf started to voice its displeasure. Could have kept the pace for the last two but I would have been at a very high level of effort, definitely beyond where the VDOT should have been.

    2:00 rest between intervals, walked for most of the rest time but did the intervals out front of the gym, didn’t jog, and did some standing during rest.

  4. VDOT time was 2:07. All mine were sube 2:00. I’ll post lap times later on once I get a look at my gps watch again.
