Each minute on the minute for 30 minutes…
1. 5 Pull Ups
2. 10 Push Ups
3. 15 Squats

    Thanks to those who did this yesterday. It made it easier for me to copy their post and put in bigger numbers.

  2. I went 12 rounds and stopped to keep from hurting myself. Also did not go deep on the squats to protect the hip. So far feeling ok.
