50, 40, 30, 20, 10 reps of Double Unders and Sit Ups

Cool Down: 2 slow laps out back

    Metcon: 14:33 (PR by 3:00 alot better at DU’s than last time we did this) First two rounds of DU’s were terrible, I think I was trying to hurry too much.
    Cool Down: check

  2. I am going to give my thumb another week on DU.
    here was my sub
    DL – 50 reps @315 (this was done as 10rnds of 5reps)
