  1. had planned to do the run as an out and back from the gym. i was planning on going to the army pool at 10 then head back to the gym, like we normally do on swim days.

  2. Swim: Check, all 100’s between 1:56 and 1:58
Run: Check, 10:07/mile – 2.97 miles, ended right where i started, my Vdot “M” pace is about 10:15

  3. I ran for an hour today (Wednesday). 3.2 miles out for the first 30 minutes, 3.1 miles back for the second 30 minutes.

  4. one thing to keep in mind when we are doing these timed runs, you don’t want to over do it on the front end and hurt your self. this time period is to get some miles on our legs under low stress. we (speaking for my self any ways) haven’t been running much during our strength cycle, so we need to get our legs into running mode again, its going to be a long summer, pace your self.
