      • For April Fools I shut my thumb in the car door so I just went running today then did abs. I won’t be able to do Micah tomorrow but I will be there doing mobility and watching the carnage.

  1. Team name for the run (MSFC 5K) will be “Drew Stooges”. sign up by tomorrow for T-shirt. If you have a better idea/name post it and we’ll try to make a final decision later today so we can all be sure to sign up tomorrow (if you want a t-shirt).

    • you gotta change the name man. that’s too close to brew stooges. They may be there at the race. Jeff said something about handing out coupons for free beer.

  2. I got 11:52 on the metcon. I’d say that’s closer to 11:10 though since I had forgotten how to turn up the speed on the treadmill and it took me a minute to figure it out…..I know it’s the green arrow. Also I sub’d the twist for sit-ups since I had no idea what how you are supposed to do them
