Power Clean – 4×5, 1×3, 1×8

Super Set:
Incline Dumb Bells
Dumb Bell Pullovers

  1. BS: 5 reps @ 170,215,255,300; 2 reps 345
    Bench: 5 reps 135,145,185; 3 reps 230; 8 reps 175
    cleans: worked on squat cleans at 95 and then 135
