3×8 – Kipping Pull Ups
3×8 – GHD

  1. Be careful not to jack your heart rate up and fatigue during the DU today. Week 7 is only about 15lbs off our 1RM for 3 lifts today (2 for non-benching chumps like me) and injury is a threat. Work skill, mobility, and elevate your heart rate during the warmup but be gentle.

  2. Squat: 165, 205, 250, 290, 3@330 (failed 4th reps)
    Bench: 135, 145, 165, 195, 225
    Clean: 95, 115, 135, 155

  3. warm up – made three rounds of 5, 10, 15.

    BS – 210
    BP – 205
    Clean – 175 x 2.
