50 GHD sit-ups
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Overhead squat, 45 pounds
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Did them in the order listed except incline situps instead of GHD’s and wood stick for the overhead squats. Back Ext, OVHS, and Burpee’s all in a row really tired out my lower back, but I don’t think I hurt it.
