    2. 6:31 + 2:42 = 9:13 – 17:41
    3. 7:24 + 2:36 = 10:00 – 27:41

    and still have a bit of post work out asthma

    1. 4:47 + 3:06 = 7:53 – 7:53
    2. 5:33 + 3:09 = 8:42 – 16:35
    3. 5:22 + 2:58 = 8:20 – 24:55
    4. 4:56 + 0:09 = 5:05 – 30:00

    Need to work on technique going down the stairs.

    • I’m convinced down is the key. Crip is averaging 3.5 seconds per flight. I cut a minute off each round by sliding the hands on the rails and taking some weight off my legs and into my arms through the rails. Probably safer that way too. Probably should not have stopped for the Selfie at the top either 🙂
