  1. Warm Up – 10x100m swim, start 100m each 3 mins
    WOD – 16:50 – Gravitron with 90# help for pull ups
    Cool Down – 1 mile

  2. Went in early and did pull ups and sit ups in place of anything jumping related. I’m giving my legs a week off. No time.
