  1. Is the goal to try and maintain the same pace through each run? Or go as fast as you can each time? Some of these have specified that in the past.

  2. I chose the try to run with someone today
7:56 with Justin (I learned alot about buying big trucks)
5:33 by myself and regretted it
3:07 with Biggun but sacrificed 1 min rest to do it
    1:27 trying to catch Biggun
    1:39 pacing Drew on 400
    1:25 pacing Cris on 400

  3. 7:44 – 1:56/400 – 7:46 mile pace
    5:46 – 1:55/400 – 7:44 mile pace
    3:49 – 1:54/400 – 7:40 mile pace
    1:39 – 1:39/400 – 6:38 mile pace

  4. 1600 – 8:46 – 2:12/400
    1200 – 6:54? – 2:18/400
    800 – 4:21 – 2:11/400
    400 – 1:55

I really need to work on my mile time….

  5. We did this one April 13 2011 then did team 100 tire flips and 100 pullups. I didn’t make that one but the times of Ryno and Drew are posted.
