  1. No PR for me (21:40ish) but great job by Blong, B and Drew. It is a harder 5k course than it appears. Seems that we all need more track workouts and pacing practice.

  2. Ran the 5K, 30:17, PR by :43. I’ve apparently come a long way, because I thought it should’ve been better than that before the race started. Did yesterday’s shoulder work out afterwards instead of more running.

  3. was a good day. my time was ~22:14 – 3 seconds off PR


    I agree on track workouts and pacing.
