    Push Jerk – 115
    As best i can remember. Went up 5 lbs on the 3 reps first round.

    Push Jerk – 165, 175

    It is a long road back for my shoulder.

    Push Jerk – 165, 175 (2nd round that 175 was 1 ugly, 1, 1 attempt)

    I’ve got nothing written down in the PR section for PP an PJ so I’ll call those PR’s until I lift something heavier
