  1. So the singles are suppose to go up in weight and the high reps go down. Strong Dave is going to try 335-235-345-195-355-155 before I start the running season tomorrow.

  2. 335 – 235 – 345 – 195 – 355 – 155 (had to rerack twice during 155)

    core 20,10 GHDand back extention then incline med ball toss13lb

  3. 295 – 225 – 315 – 185 – 335 – 145 (no rerack, but lacking depth on last 2 singles).

    Core: 16, 10 GHD’s 20,10 back ext. Med ball toss.
