    what’s next – drink a beer with Randy. …better diet excludes beer from the cut list.

  2. Went late and did the WOD but substituted GHD for V-ups due to a bruised tailbone. GHD and handstands are not a good combo. My ears were ringing afterwards. I am sore from yesterday!
