    Metcon: 6 rnds + 11 DU’s (# of DU’s per round; 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 11, rest 3xSU’s)

  2. 30 seconds then fell, rested 45 seconds then got 45 seconds hand stand hold

    11 rounds of metcon subbing body rows for pullups, let me express how quickly “pullup” type strength goes away when you don’t practice it regularly. By rounds 3 i was down to sets of 2 body rows….
