At the track
I will be running over to the track from the NASA gym at 10:30. Won’t be going balls out on the mile. If anyone wants a pacer (no faster than 6:45 mile pace) let me know and I’ll try and pace you.

Biggun left me for dead in the last corner today.
6:09, good thing I didn’t do yesterday’s workout.
7:51. Tipped the scales at 226 lbs following run so I’m going the right direction.

7:47 – pushed it a bit, but focused on form and taking it easy on the knee.
