9. 50 knees to elbow
10. 50 burpees

  1. Sure, this group is now accommodating of any request. Don’t be intimidated.

    I need some extra running today anyway, so a couple of mile warmup should put us right there. We are not letting you skip your own Lottery win!

  2. DNF. I put 25 bar inversions and 25 KTE and ran 1200 instead of burpees in the freshly cut hay. I did look at my watch until I was in the car and it was at 59 min so it was less than that.

  3. Here’s what I did and the order: 48:45
    50 – pushups
    50 – situps
    50 – tire flips
    50 – air squats
    50 – pull ups
    50 – lunges
    50 – dips
    5 – ring inversion attemps (failed all 5)
    50 – knees to elbows
    50 – burpees
